Exterior

The residential building VITKOVIA PARK is designed as a modern structure integrated into the gap in the historical buildings of old Žižkov. The new building visually closes off the block development on Pod Vítkovem Street and completes the urban layout by providing access to the cycle path and Vítkov Park. The layout of the apartment building is L-shaped, with the eastern facade extending along the existing street line of Pod Vítkovem. In total, there are four above-ground floors and an attic with dormer windows. The facade is divided and complemented by balconies facing the inner courtyard and Vítkov Park. The entrance to the building from Pod Vítkovem Street leads through a passage to the quiet inner courtyard. From there, access is provided to the residential lobby with an elevator and staircase. The underground floors house technical facilities and parking spaces. The garage entrance is equipped with a car elevator from Pod Vítkovem Street. Both in its exterior and interior, the building fully meets the contemporary standards of modern living, characterized by minimalist elegance, high quality, and maximum functionality.
